Boeing Canada Operations Ltd. seeks an experienced Nondestructive Inspection Technician in Winnipeg, Manitoba. This dedicated onsite position involves a variety of nondestructive inspections for commercial airplane programs.
In this crucial role at a leading composite manufacturing facility, you'll perform tests like ultrasonic and eddy current, ensuring all materials meet stringent specifications. Your attention to detail and experience in interpreting engineering drawings will play a pivotal role in upholding Boeing's quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct nondestructive inspections on production materials
• Record and analyze test results accurately
• Ensure materials comply with quality limits
• Standardize and calibrate testing equipment
• Mentor lower-class employees in inspection techniques
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of NDI experience
• Familiarity with engineering specifications
• CGSB Level 2 certification in Ultrasonic testing
• Physical capability to handle parts weighing approximately 30lbs
• Eligible to work in Canada
