The Off Shift Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of the evening and weekend production areas. This role ensures the efficient execution of production tasks and supports the development of Supervisors within these areas through coaching, guidance, and support. The Off Shift Production Manager ensures operational excellence through leadership, hands‑on approach, and commitment to high‑quality standards.

• Schedule: 8 hour shift
• Days: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 3:30 PM - 12:00 MN

The successful candidate's responsibilities will include:

• Conduct regular safety audits and Gemba walks
• Promote active engagement in safe work practices
• Fosters accountability by upholding established standards and practices
• Ensures attendance of team(s) in required safety training courses
• Participates in incident reporting, investigations and follow up actions

• Conducts regular quality Gemba walks to ensure adherence to standards
• Ensures non-conformances (NCRs) are processed in a timely manner
  
  Support and assist with implementation of continuous improvement initiatives as indicated by day shift leadership team
• Supervise, mentor, & develop Supervisors & production teams
• Provide coaching and support to drive engagement and accountability
• Collaborate with Safety, Maintenance and Day shift Production Managers to ensure alignment, continuity and smooth shift transitions
