Process Operator

Position: Fixed Term Process Operator Role
Location: Morden

Join the manufacturing team as a Fixed Term Process Operator, ensuring high operational efficiency and adherence to safety procedures. Work in dynamic shifts to support production goals.

You will play a vital role in maintaining operational performance at an OEE level above 85%. This involves operating various machinery and equipment, rectifying operational issues, and performing essential quality inspections. Your adaptability to work across different shifts, including weekends, is crucial in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide operational and technical support daily

• Maintain and operate bottling and packaging equipment

• Perform quality checks to optimize product quality

• Document downtime and manage inventory records

• Support quality compliance and environmental initiatives

Requirements:

• Completion of Year 12 or relevant trade qualifications

• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience

• Strong written and spoken English skills

• Valid Group9 driving license

• Technical experience in bottling environments preferred
