Position: Winpak General Production Associate
Step into Winpak's dynamic production environment as a General Production Associate in Winnipeg. Engage in diverse operations and quality control procedures on a rotating shift.

As a General Production Associate at Winpak Division, you will work onsite, supporting various production processes. This role focuses on assisting with machine operations, quality assurance, and equipment maintenance, all while adhering to safety protocols. You will also participate in weekly inventory counts and ensure efficient operations throughout the shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare production orders to reduce scrap rates

• Learn the operation of extruders through training

• Perform maintenance tasks on production equipment

• Ensure product quality through regular checks

• Support railcar unloading operations outdoors

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Minimum 6 months experience with hand tools

• Competency in basic math skills

• Strong ability to work as part of a team

• Familiarity with production environments preferred
