• Journeyman, Apprentice, or B Pressure Welder certification
• High school diploma or equivalent, with technical training preferred
• 1 to 6 years of welding experience
• Ability to use hand welding and flame cutting equipment (arc welders, gas welders, gas torches)
• Ability to interpret blueprints, sketches, and operation sheets
• Manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Leadership and mentoring skills

• Experience providing assistance and training to lower level employees
• Ability to handle complex issues and act as a lead or first-level supervisor
