The Lead Cabinet Painter will oversee the entire cabinet painting process, focusing on applying finishes using various techniques while leading a team. Key Responsibilities:
• Apply finishes to doors and cabinet parts
• Ensure quality standards in paint applications
• Perform inspections and minor repairs as needed
• Work collaboratively with fellow painters
• Comply with all safety and quality protocols
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year in cabinet painting or staining
• Knowledge of color theory and painting techniques
• Criminal record check required
• Must lift up to 30 lbs and manage physical tasks
