Step into a precise role as a Valve Technician in a dynamic manufacturing setting. You'll focus on assembly, disassembly, and quality control while adhering to strict work instructions.
This position requires strong mechanical skills and attention to detail. As a Valve Technician, you will interpret shop procedures, reassemble valves, and handle material requests for production needs. Weekend and overtime work may be necessary as you help maintain high standards across the production line.
Key Responsibilities:
• Read and follow shop work instructions precisely
• Disassemble and assemble valves per production requirements
• Identify reassembly components and submit material requests
• Fit valves after completing all production processes
• Participate in cross-training across various shop areas
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED is a must
• 2+ years of valve or related mechanical experience
• Ability to stand and bend for 8-hour shifts
• Lift up to 40 lbs as needed
• Basic computer skills and teamwork orientation
