Join a dynamic team as a Full-Time Foundry Labourer in Winnipeg, MB. This in-house position offers flexible hours and requires a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
We are seeking a dedicated Foundry Labourer to perform various tasks involving machinery maintenance, material transport, and more. Candidates should have between 7 months to less than 1 year of experience, demonstrating proficiency in managing raw materials and ensuring cleanliness in the workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain clean and safe work areas at all times
• Perform regular maintenance of plant machinery
• Transport raw and finished materials throughout the facility
• Feed conveyors and crushers efficiently
• Skim dross and manage material sorting and packaging
Requirements:
• 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience
• Permanent or valid temporary resident status in Canada
• Ability to work on-site without remote options
• Willingness to work in hot and dusty conditions
• Strong focus on safety protocols
