You will assist in various essential tasks including material transport and basic concrete placing, while also participating in the upkeep of the production environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and execute work assignments effectively

• Finish and transport concrete products as directed

• Assist with daily cleanliness and maintenance tasks

• Support machine operators during production

• Attend daily Pre-Production Meetings proactively

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED needed

• Experience with concrete preferred

• Ability to lift 55 lbs and work at heights

• Strong communication and decision-making skills

• Willingness to work extended hours as necessary
