As an Inventory Specialist, you will report to the Supply Chain Manager and spearhead efforts to maintain regulatory compliance and inventory accuracy.
Your role involves influencing best practices and overseeing cycle counts through Microsoft Business Central, ensuring detail-oriented management of inventory discrepancies and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Keep inventory records accurate in Business Central
• Manage cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Conduct inventory adjustments accurately as permitted
• Develop strategies to optimize bin organization
• Lead periodic mock recall exercises for quality compliance
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Minimum 3 years in an inventory control environment
• Proficient with ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Business Central
• Solid analytical and communication skills essential
• Expertise in CFIA-related inventory practices needed
