Position: Mauser Packaging Plant Supervisor Role

As a Plant Supervisor, you will direct daily production operations, ensuring timely achievement of goals while maintaining high safety and quality standards. Your responsibilities include monitoring KPIs, addressing employee training needs, and implementing cost-effective measures through improved processes. A solid foundation in continuous improvement methodologies will support your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide production staff to meet operational goals

• Input data to track KPIs for performance assessment

• Conduct training for new team members on production best practices

• Implement Lean initiatives for operational improvements

• Resolve production and mechanical issues proactively

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in production

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Familiarity with Lean principles and Microsoft Office

• Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities

• Self-directed and capable of team collaboration
