• Routinely clean and lubricate equipment.
• Maintain a manufacturing area free from debris and dirt.
• Ready or put away tools as assigned.
• Operate machinery by following directions, supply materials and tools, and load or unload items on machinery and assembly lines.
• Perform routine property care activities.
• Perform routine quality checks on finished products.
• Report any issues to a supervisor or higher‑level colleague.
• Follow safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

High school diploma or equivalent.

• Basic verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to listen, understand, and follow directions.
• Ability to work in a variety of roles.

Pay range: $16.36 – $27.87 annually. Typical starting wage is $16.67. Starting rate is the same for all applicants. The position may also be eligible for a short‑term incentive.
