As part of the Horticultural Production Team, you will be instrumental in supporting sustainable practices through effective equipment operation and production management. This position allows you to engage actively with machinery while working independently and collaboratively with your team. Your physical capabilities and adaptability will be essential to navigating the fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate skid steers, dual forklifts, and tractors
• Manage operations on mulch and soil production lines
• Support shipping and machine operations as required
Requirements:
• Comfortable with lifting and physical tasks
• Strong multitasker and problem-solver
• Able to work with both teams and independently
• Bonus if experienced in farming or landscaping
• Forklift certification helpful; training available
