Ocean Spray is looking for seasonal laborers to support operations in Richmond. As a fruit laborer, you will be responsible for grading and weighing fresh products and constructing totes for secure fruit packaging. A firm commitment to safety standards and efficiency is required while working in variable day shift schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Grade, sort, and weigh various fruit products

• Safely assemble and prepare totes for handling

• Efficiently fill totes with fruits at the binning station

• Operate a forklift to move totes as required

• Follow all safety and manufacturing guidelines

Requirements:

• Available for variable day shifts

• Commitment to safety and environmental best practices

• Team-oriented with a strong focus on record-keeping

• Ability to frequently lift up to 30 pounds

• Prior experience in relevant fields preferred
