Continuous Improvement Lead in Assembly

As the Methods and Continuous Improvement Project Lead, you will manage the assembly sector for effective and reliable production. Your responsibilities include structuring production sequences and developing training for operators while ensuring quality control. Your initiatives will underpin a culture of excellence in boom lift manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Structure and formalize assembly production sequences

• Develop training materials and guides for operators

• Oversee technical supervision and validation of assemblies

• Monitor non-conformities and implement corrective actions

• Collaborate on ergonomic and efficiency projects

Requirements:

• Experience in mechanical/electromechanical assembly

• Comprehensive understanding of assembly logic

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality standards

• Solid leadership and interdepartmental collaboration skills

• Familiarity with ERP and visual tools
