Position: Lead Sanitation Supervisor for Food Manufacturing
Drive sanitation excellence as a Lead Sanitation Supervisor at our Mississauga production facility. Oversee sanitation processes, lead teams, and ensure adherence to safety standards.

This full-time position, scheduled from Wednesday to Saturday evenings, will have you managing a team of sanitation associates while working closely with management on continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise will ensure that cleanliness and compliance are maintained at the highest levels. Additionally, you will play a key role in coordinating with outside contractors and internal departments to optimize sanitation protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead training on chemical handling and sanitation processes

• Maintain and update the Master Sanitation Schedule

• Monitor and report sanitation metrics to leadership

• Assess third-party contractor performance and compliance

• Drive efficiency in sanitation practices and solutions

Requirements:

• Degree in Biological or Food Sciences or equivalent experience

• Over 3 years in sanitation roles within food facilities

• Supervisory experience of at least 1 year

• Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace
