DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Packaging Operations Supervisor at its Bolton, ON facility. This role entails overseeing all packaging operations with a focus on efficiency and team leadership.

In this position, you will supervise primary and secondary packaging activities while fostering a safe and productive environment. The role emphasizes implementing lean manufacturing principles and continuously improving workflows. You'll also lead training sessions and manage the engagement of your team to maintain high productivity standards within operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily activities ensuring safety and productivity standards

• Lead operational improvements using lean manufacturing strategies

• Deliver training and manage performance evaluations

• Plan and monitor staffing and workload to minimize overtime

• Ensure integrity in inventory management practices

Requirements:

• Preferred Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

• At least 1 year in packaging or manufacturing experience

• Analytical skills for problem-solving

• Strong written and verbal communication

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools like Excel, Word, Outlook
