Position: Industrial Pea Feed Operator Role

Enhance production capabilities at Roquette as a Pea Feed Operator, focusing on safety, efficiency, and quality in a dynamic industrial setting. This role is crucial to maintaining operational excellence within food processing.

As an Industrial Pea Feed Operator, you will work with state-of-the-art equipment, enforce GMP standards, and prioritize safety protocols throughout your shift.

Your role will include performing maintenance tasks and contributing to incident investigations to drive continuous improvement. Clear communication during shift transitions will be essential for seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate evaporators and pea feed loadout systems

• Document production processes and performance logs

• Apply safety standards including LOTO and hazard identification

• Conduct in-process sampling and analysis

• Collaborate closely with quality and maintenance teams

Requirements:

• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years in food manufacturing

• Knowledge of drying and evaporation processes

• Strong analytical testing and troubleshooting skills

• Familiarity with SAP and process monitoring
