4th Class Power Engineer

Position: 4th Class Power Engineer with Winpak
Become a 4th Class Power Engineer at Winpak, responsible for maintaining and repairing vital production equipment and HVAC systems. Leverage your Manitoba Certificate for efficient operations.

You will report to the Facility Supervisor and work with the Maintenance team to ensure reliable facility operations. With over two years in a manufacturing setting, you'll perform inspections and repairs on various machinery.

Your role will directly support the production team's goals by enhancing equipment performance and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and repair refrigeration and heating systems

• Oversee the installation and maintenance of machinery

• Coordinate interdisciplinary support for repairs

• Log work orders and inventory in a CMMS

• Conduct troubleshooting with testing equipment

Requirements:

• Valid Manitoba Class 4 Power Engineer Certificate

• Minimum of 2 years in a manufacturing environment

• Expertise in HVAC systems and refrigeration

• Basic carpentry skills for facility repairs

• Experience in confined spaces and heights
