Manufacturing General Labourer Position

Location: Steinbach

Step into a vital role as a General Labourer, contributing to product manufacturing and quality control. Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient packaging and material handling.

In this hands-on position, you will support the Production Manager with diverse tasks related to finished product packaging and quality checks. Your daily responsibilities will also include operating machinery like the baler and palletizer, transferring products, and maintaining a clean workspace. Ideal for candidates with a commitment to teamwork and safety in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Production leader in daily tasks

• Perform product self-check tests and record findings

• Identify items with appropriate labels accurately

• Transfer finished products to designated pallets

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation

Requirements:

• High school diploma preferred

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset

• Forklift operation experience is a plus

• Availability for shifts Monday to Friday

• Ability to handle heavy loads consistently
