Manufacturing Engineer - Run to Standard

Take on the challenge as a Run to Standard Engineer with Pollard Banknote in Winnipeg. Drive improvements in OEE performance and machine parameter adherence in our manufacturing operations.

Your role will be pivotal in enhancing production standards and ensuring effective collaboration between technical teams. You will be responsible for promoting internal best practices and ensuring accurate data recording for operational excellence within the manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement machine guidelines and standards

• Serve as a liaison for R&D trials

• Manage and confirm the accuracy of OEE-related data

• Conduct comprehensive audits of operational compliance

• Train line personnel and address their training needs

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in a relevant engineering field

• At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing

• Strong MS Office skills with SPC knowledge

• Understanding of printing and converting processes

• Ability to travel domestically and internationally
