Position: Production Associate )

About the Position

Production Line Associate located in South Winnipeg (near Pembina and Waverley). Join a quick‑paced production team and grow with the company.

Entry‑level role with potential for permanent placement. Paid starting at $16.80/hour with additional premium for evening and overnight shifts.

Flexible rotating shifts (Days, Evenings, Overnights). The facility is fully transit‑accessible.

Responsibilities
  • Build and assemble products using a variety of hand tools to meet quality standards.
  • Work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment.
  • Use attention to detail and a tape measure to ensure every piece meets specifications.
  • Keep measurements and counts accurate, applying basic math skills throughout the shift.
Qualifications
  • Comfortable reading and speaking in English.
  • Must pass a clean criminal record check.
  • Physical stamina to stand for most of the shift and to perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Basic math skills for handling measurements and counts.
  • Bonus:
    Prior experience with electrical assembly is highly desirable.
