Join a reputable team where you will create CNC programs using Mastercam and G-Code, set up CNC mills and lathes, and maintain high-quality standards. You will also provide technical guidance, assist in troubleshooting, and manage daily shop tasks. Your expertise will be essential for upholding safety protocols and ensuring product accuracy in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Program CNC machines using Mastercam and conversational programming
• Set up and adjust tools, vices, and fixtures accurately
• Verify and measure first-off parts for precision
• Coordinate machine maintenance and manage tool inventories
• Conduct routine safety checks and machine upkeep
Requirements:
• Completed Apprenticeship Training Program or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years in Precision Machining and Blueprint Reading
• Proficiency in CNC programming and setup
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with 5S and lean manufacturing principles
Utilize your technical expertise in machining and programming to excel as a CNC Machinist.
