In this essential full-time role, you'll be involved in the fabrication, curing, finishing, and inspection of composite structural components. With 2-3 years in aerospace, automotive, or marine industries, you'll work alongside engineers and manufacturing teams, turning digital models into flight-ready hardware.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute hand layups and monitor automated fiber placement systems
• Prepare molds for vacuum infusion and manage materials
• Load parts into autoclaves and monitor curing cycles
• Trim and machine components to precise tolerances
• Collaborate with design engineers for manufacturability feedback
Requirements:
• Diploma in Composites or related field
• 2-3 years in composite manufacturing, preferably aerospace
• Experience with layup and curing processes
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
