This Welder position involves working in a high-paced production environment with a focus on creating standard and custom agricultural storage systems. Candidates should have a good understanding of blueprints and welding specifications, employing techniques like GMAW and FCAW. The role also includes ongoing maintenance, quality inspections, and assisting with junior training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints for welding tasks

• Operate MIG and ARC welding processes safely

• Conduct quality inspections and repairs on products

• Maintain equipment and report safety concerns

• Assist in training junior welders and monitoring their work

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• 1-2 years welding experience preferred

• Ability to acquire CWB tickets within 3 months

• Strong English communication skills for effective teamwork

• Capacity to lift up to 50lbs safely
