Manufacturing Engineer at AROW Global

You will assess product manufacturability, design tooling with 3D CAD software, and work closely with production for quality and technical support. Your expertise will drive optimization in manufacturing systems and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess manufacturability of new products

• Design and procure tooling and fixtures

• Provide technical support for production quality issues

• Lead product prototyping and testing

• Optimize manufacturing systems and workflows

Requirements:

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred

• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma principles is a plus

• Strong problem-solving skills in a team environment
