Position: Manufacturing Shop Supervisor Role )

Join Magellan Aerospace in Winnipeg as a Manufacturing Shop Supervisor. Drive quality and operational success by managing teams and optimizing production processes.

In this supervisory role, you will be responsible for leading teams to ensure adherence to customer specifications while striving for continuous improvement. You will optimize team performance, manage operational budgets, and ensure compliance with health and safety protocols in a fast-paced manufacturing workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee manufacturing parts production and quality
Coordinate departmental support functions and material planning
Track shop performance metrics and efficiency
Implement company policies and manage personnel activities
Maintain equipment condition and coordinate maintenance

Requirements

3 to 5 years in a supervisory manufacturing role
Relevant educational background in a related field
Experience in Statistical Process Control and ISO standards
Strong PC skills and knowledge of MRP is essential
Flexibility to work various shift patterns as needed
