Join Agilus by Synergie as a temporary Manufacturing Technician in Winnipeg's Life Sciences industry. This role focuses on lens processing and equipment maintenance starting mid-June and lasting until September.
The Manufacturing Technician will support a key client in vision health, overseeing tasks such as lens deblocking and equipment cleaning. Candidates with 1–3 years of manufacturing experience will find ample chance to engage and collaborate. This role emphasizes teamwork and communication in a supportive setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Clean and deblock lenses post-edging
- Accurately mount lenses into frames
- Maintain chucks with current leap pads
- Conduct end-of-day cleaning on equipment
- Foster positive teamwork and communication
- 1–3 years of production or manufacturing experience
- Previous lens experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Effective team collaboration
- Commitment to quality and safety standards
