Shift work may be required, and certification for autoclave and oven operations may qualify you for additional premium pay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and fabricate new composite components

• Perform repair schemes on existing components

• Engage in composite tool building and mould making

• Follow work instructions and safety procedures

• Collaborate with team members on production tasks

Requirements:

• Completion of A.M.T. program or equivalent

• Experience in Composite Manufacturing preferred

• Ability to perform basic arithmetic

• Strong English communication skills

• Knowledge of WHMIS and safety protocols
