You'll learn essential casting skills and have opportunities for advancement into higher-skilled roles in a collaborative and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage fully in provided training programs

• Manufacture castings in a team production setting

• Perform cutting, sanding, and grinding on castings

• Progress into more advanced casting duties

• Collaborate with Finishers and Casters to meet commitments

Requirements:

• Follow procedures and show willingness to learn

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs

• Strong English communication skills

• Teamwork and collaboration skills

• Flexible for overtime as needed
