AGI is looking for a Manufacturing Process Improvement Expert with 3-5 years of continuous improvement experience. You will play a key role in evaluating processes, recommending machinery enhancements, and developing training programs. Your ability to communicate and lead will bridge the gap among various management levels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate lean implementation processes across departments
• Lead the planning and redesign of manufacturing operations
• Recommend efficient machinery and process combinations
• Conduct performance and maintenance analysis for production
• Design training programs based on employee skill assessments
Requirements:
• Certified engineering technologist or manufacturing professional
• 3-5 years’ experience in lean practices
• Strong leader and effective communicator
• Experienced in manufacturing settings
• Ability to develop proactive maintenance programs
