The Material Handling Operator will report to the Elevator Manager and assist in shipping and receiving deliveries in line with established procedures. Candidates will engage in tasks such as binning, cleaning, and preparing products for shipment, ensuring quality and safety throughout.

Experience with forklifts is advantageous in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in cleaning, blending, and storage of products

• Prepare trucks and railway cars for product shipment

• Operate systems for transferring products into transportation vehicles

• Assist with testing and sampling of materials

• Perform routine maintenance on material handling equipment

Requirements:

• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent

• Strong self-direction and interpersonal skills

• Capability to work rotating shifts with overtime

• Forklift operation experience preferred
