As a Production Manager, you’ll report to the Director of Operations, championing key business objectives related to Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness, and Cost. This leadership role requires a commitment to continuous improvement, utilizing Lean Manufacturing principles to enhance productivity and efficiency across the production floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all production operations to achieve SQPRC objectives

• Promote safety compliance and a strong safety culture

• Develop and mentor Production Supervisors and employees

• Monitor and improve key operational KPIs and performance metrics

• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve production challenges

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in relevant discipline

• At least 5 years of manufacturing leadership experience

• Background in HVAC or custom manufacturing preferred

• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing practices

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
