Darling International Canada Inc., is Canada's largest provider of animal by-product processing and recycling services to the food industry, operating six processing facilities across Canada. Darling Canada provides essential services for the efficient and environmentally responsible management of collecting, processing and recycling edible and inedible animal by-products. Position Summary

We are offering a short‑term General Labour role to work with an environmentally friendly, sustainable company. This role involves travelling to sites throughout the region to wash and replace green bins on customer sites and operating washing equipment on trucks and trailers. The role is a short‑term contract starting immediately. Candidates must have a Class 5 Driver’s license.

Hours of Work

Monday to Friday; 7:00 am - 3:00 pm, overtime as required.

Job Responsibilities
  • Operating a wash van within the yard and travelling to customer sites.
  • Cleaning and washing grease bins and minor spills.
  • Assisting with general yard clean‑up and maintenance.
  • Following safety procedures and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license required.
  • Able to work outdoors and perform physical tasks.
  • Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to follow instructions.
  • Comfortable working independently.
Compensation
  • $19.00 hourly.
  • Safety shoes and boot program.
