Join CARTE International's skilled team as a General Labour Painter. This position focuses on airless spray painting and ensuring high-quality standards in Winnipeg.

In this pivotal role at CARTE International, you will support the manufacturing of transformers by performing various painting tasks. Successful applicants should have a high school education, be physically fit, and have the ability to operate Fork Trucks and Cranes. Responsibilities include spray painting, touch-ups, and getting involved in continuous improvement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize airless spray systems for effective painting

• Maintain high ISO 9001 quality standards in painting work

• Perform maintenance on painting tools and equipment

• Understand and apply work orders and drawings

• Drive initiatives to boost product knowledge

Requirements:

• High school education required

• Must be in good physical health

• Certification for Fork Truck and Crane operation

• Flexible to work all shifts

• Strong teamwork and communication skills
