This role demands three to five years of supervisory experience and expertise in Health and Safety regulations. You'll be responsible for optimizing shop performance, coordinating support functions, and ensuring resource effectiveness while adhering to company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise parts manufacturing to meet customer specifications

• Coordinate departmental support functions for material plans

• Track efficiency and utilization of shop performance

• Administer local grievance processes and personnel activities

• Recommend operational improvements for departmental effectiveness

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing

• Health & Safety supervisor training certified

• Post-secondary education in relevant field

• Knowledge of Statistical Process Control and Lean Manufacturing

• Strong PC skills and understanding of MRP systems
