This position falls under the Operations department, reporting to the Operations Manager. As a Packaging Technician, your expertise in operating packaging equipment and maintaining production standards will be critical. You'll also coordinate material readiness for production runs and uphold safety protocols in your daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort and package finished goods meticulously

• Operate packaging machinery while adhering to efficiency standards

• Prepare materials and perform quality checks during production

• Clean and assemble equipment as needed

• Maintain accurate production records and documentation

Requirements:

• Experience in a food production line is an asset

• Basic understanding of GMP and safety procedures

• Organized and detail-oriented

• Ability to operate a forklift or pallet jack

• Capability to lift 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
