Drive production success as an Electro-Mechanic with Wajax. Leverage your electro-mechanical expertise and leadership skills to oversee a designated area.
In this pivotal role, you'll serve as the primary contact for your team while orchestrating daily operations and planning. Your responsibilities will encompass resource planning, leading team meetings, managing safety and quality feedback, and supporting Lean Manufacturing initiatives. You'll also oversee employee training and budget performance, ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the communication hub for the assigned area
• Identify and plan resource requirements effectively
• Conduct daily team meetings with feedback for management
• Review requisitions and forward them to Purchasing
• Support the training of new employees
Requirements:
• 5 years of experience in a production environment
• Strong electro-mechanical knowledge and skills
• Familiarity with Electric Motors and Lean Manufacturing
• Excellent communication skills
• Leadership experience in planning and team guidance
