Position: Winpak Slitting Assistant Position

In this role at Winpak, you will be an essential part of the Slitting Department, helping operators maintain high standards and efficient operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and have experience with machinery. The role involves physical activity and a flexible schedule comprising day, night, and afternoon shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Operators in order preparations

• Assist in running the slitting machinery

• Conduct routine maintenance on machines

• Operate the doctoring machine as required

• Use forklifts and pallet jacks to manage materials

Requirements:

• 1+ years of effective communication skills

• Must work rotating 8-hour shifts

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Over 6 months of experience with tools

• Familiarity with manufacturing equipment
