• Lead production efforts ensuring timely delivery of products

• Create effective team processes to boost manufacturing

• Cultivate relationships with customers and partners

• Collaborate with Quality Control to maintain product excellence

• Advocate for a culture of safety and preventative maintenance

Requirements:

• Technical Diploma or relevant experience essential

• 5-10 years in operations, with manufacturing background preferred

• Competence in Microsoft suite applications

• Management experience with a team size of 20-40 employees

• CET certification highly regarded
