Experienced Automotive Painter Position

Caliber Collision is hiring an Experienced Automotive Painter dedicated to delivering quality. Use your skills to prepare and apply automotive paints in our modern facility.

We are looking for a knowledgeable Automotive Painter, equipped to handle all paint operations according to OEM standards. You will prepare color tints for accurate matches, mix paint formulations, and ensure that painting tasks are completed thoroughly. Your attention to detail will guarantee high-quality finishes on all vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mix and prepare paint to match color specifications

• Ensure paint operations meet OEM application standards

• Remove masking and conduct thorough reassembly of parts

• Maintain cleanliness and efficiency in painting tasks

• Cooperate with body technicians to streamline operations

Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in paint operations

• Preferred Auto Body certificate or ASE certification

• Ability to lift over 50 lbs and perform physical tasks

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Adaptability to work demands with effective prioritization
