Carfair Composites, a subsidiary of NFI Group, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Technician to enhance engineering functions at their North American sites. This role focuses on troubleshooting processes, supporting Lean initiatives, and driving quality improvements. You will engage with multiple teams, including maintenance and quality, to deliver effective results while promoting safety and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for troubleshooting processes and equipment

• Support Lean and quality improvement initiatives

• Collaborate with maintenance to achieve production targets

• Communicate customer changes to production staff

• Perform measurements using hand tools

Requirements:

• High school diploma, CET or P. Eng eligibility preferred

• 1-2 years of manufacturing experience

• Familiarity with 3D modeling is an asset

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

• Knowledge of measurement tools and techniques
