You'll participate in the Casting Apprenticeship Program, learn aluminum casting fundamentals, and progress your skill set through structured mentorship. This role emphasizes collaboration, teamwork, and safety awareness in a dynamic production setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate fully in provided training programs

• Manufacture castings in a team-oriented environment

• Perform cutting, sanding, and grinding tasks

• Advance into casting duties per training milestones

• Collaborate with Finishers, Casters, and Cell Leaders

Requirements:

• Willingness to learn and follow procedures

• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs

• Proficient in English communication

• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities

• Flexibility to work overtime
