Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise operations to meet safety and productivity benchmarks

• Troubleshoot and adjust equipment for optimal performance

• Manage oil mixing, blending, and packaging accuracy

• Document and track production data within the ERP system

• Facilitate recruitment and onboarding of new production staff

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing

• Proven leadership in motivating and developing staff

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related ERP systems

• Strong focus on quality and continuous improvement

• 4+ years in beverage or canning line production
