About the Role  Exciting Opportunity:
Production Technician. We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Production Technicians. No experience? No problem! If you’re eager to learn and have a positive attitude, we’ll provide all the training you need to succeed.
What You’ll Be Doing    Helping Plants Thrive:  Assisting with tasks like watering, pruning, and transplanting cannabis plants.
Preparing for Harvest:  Learning how to trim, sort, and package our products.
Maintaining Clean Work spaces:  Helping with the cleaning and sanitizing of tools and production areas.
Working as a Team:  Collaborating with coworkers and supervisors to get the job done.
What We’re Looking For   No previous experience or education is required.
Quick Learner:  Will be taught everything needed about working with cannabis plants.
Physically Active:  Comfortable standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 lbs during shift.
Detail-Oriented:  Takes care of tasks carefully and accurately.
Team Player:  Willing to pitch in and support others to meet shared goals.
