As an Assembler II, you will be responsible for various assembly tasks, including operating equipment and promoting a safe work environment. You will utilize your skills to assist in Cam shelving and several other assembly lines, ensuring adherence to quality and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead training sessions for new assembly team members
• Perform assembly tasks, including sanding and packing
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace
• Follow safety procedures and report any hazards
• Contribute to achieving team performance objectives
Requirements:
• Experience in manufacturing and assembly roles
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operational documents
• Competency in basic arithmetic
• Open to flexible work hours, including possible overtime
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs
