Gerdau is seeking a Routine Facilitator Supervisor to report to the Operations Manager at our Bradley facility. This role requires at least 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in steel manufacturing. Your leadership will shape a safety-first culture while enhancing productivity and compliance with safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance

• Conduct safety audits and toolbox talks

• Supervise production, maintenance, and quality control

• Train and mentor team members on optimal practices

• Drive initiatives for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in steel manufacturing

• Strong knowledge of steel production processes

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and management systems
