Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development of long-term manufacturing strategies

• Translate business goals into production plans

• Establish performance metrics to monitor progress

• Implement Lean and Kaizen methods for waste reduction

• Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Engineering teams

Requirements:

• Degree in manufacturing or process management preferred

• Over 5 years of manufacturing leadership experience

• Proven knowledge of quality and production systems

• Experience with root-cause analysis and corrective actions

• Ability to travel 5% within the U.S.
