Production Supervisor Bakery

Aspire Bakeries is seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor for our Winnipeg, MB facility. Lead our team to meet safety and quality goals while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.

In this role, you'll oversee production operations in a unionized setting and ensure teams hit productivity and labor performance targets. With your strong leadership skills and experience, you'll train and develop employees in a collaborative environment. Your ability to communicate effectively and supervise teams will be crucial for achieving daily production objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead production teams towards safety and quality goals

• Supervise and develop unionized employees through coaching

• Coordinate production scheduling for efficiency

• Monitor performance to reduce waste and enhance productivity

• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards

Requirements:

• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent required

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing

• Proven experience in leading production teams

• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including shifts up to 12 hours
