• Participate actively in training and development programs

• Execute cutting, sanding, and grinding on castings

Requirements:

• Willingness to learn and follow established procedures

• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs

• Competent in English verbal and written communication

• Strong team-oriented and collaborative mindset

• Previous lean manufacturing exposure is a bonus
